Fabulous board!

I love the look of this board, it makes me smile. Can’t wait for the weather to improve to go out on our maiden voyage! The customer service is above and beyond, knowledgeable and friendly, after care second to none. you won’t regret buying a sandbanks style sup!

Great board for a great price!

I had my first lesson on a Sandbanks Style SUP, and after a lot of research (and many goes on other brands), decided to buy one. Took it out last weekend with my 8 year old on the front (free labour!) and we had a fab time! The board was big and rigid enough to hold us and our dry bag. It was simple to set up, coming with instructions in case you get confused about anything. The bag is more than big enough to keep everything together, with the board strap meaning the board stays rolled up whilst you wrestle it into the bag. I wheeled and carried the bag, and it was very easy to manoeuvre. The paddle goes together easily. I was on a canal, so used the waist strap, which is a great addition to the package - I love that you just attach it to the ankle strap, so it is pretty faff free. The only downside was that I just could not get it pumped up past 16PSI - I was literally using my full bodyweight by the end to try and get more air in. I imagine that normal sized/fitter humans would probably be fine: it was reasonably easy going until about 8PSI, and then the work really started! I'll definitely be investing in a rechargeable pump soon!
Overall, brilliant product - really looking forward to more adventures on it!

1. Comfortable Grippy DeckPad

The best deck pads are machine pressed in addition to gluing.

2. PVC with Woven Inner

Outer Skin Strength is important for long life and pressure capacity.

3. Fusion Technology

An additional layer of PVC is laminated to the dropstitch core. Fusion results in a lighter, stiffer, longer lasting board, and much better for the environment too than toxic glues.

4. Super Reinforced, High Density Dropstitch

The strength/lightness ratio of the fibres, is key to creating a super rigid but light board.

5. UV Resistant

Built to withstand long-term exposure to sunlight, minimising material decay and keeping colours clear and vibrant.

6. Triple Layer On Rail

A 3rd and final layer around the rail of the board creates a second seal and ensures there are no weak points on the board.

7. Heat Treated Seal

A laminated, heat pressed inner seam on the fused PVC surrounding the core of the board creates a 100% airtight and waterproof seal. Much better and stronger than gluing.
