I recently bought the Elite Pro Hawaii paddleboard, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. The first thing that stands out is how stunning it looks - the floral design is so eye-catching and unique that I’ve had people comment on it every time I’ve taken it out. It really has a beautiful, premium finish.

On the water, the board performs just as good as it looks. It’s stable, smooth to paddle, and tracks really well. The rigidity once inflated makes it feel almost like a hard board, and the deck pad is comfortable and grippy, even on longer paddles.

The customer service was also excellent - friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Fantastic service from sandbanks. The seat buckle failed. I contacted sandbanks who sent a replacement seat out the next day.

we used this Malibu SUP extensively two weeks ago in the Gairloch area and it was stable, really directional and pretty fast. Crosswinds were of little concern and with my kayak in tow we were able to sneak up on some frolicking seals.

Took delivery nearly 3 weeks ago first chance to use was today on our local resiviour (Tittesworth water sports) firstly I was surprised how quickly it inflated and how firm it was and the overall build quality, having previously used a Red board and I wasn't sure how it would stack up against a higher priced board, but no need to worry it handled very well despite a bit of wind and some chop, having spoken to I believe Jason prior to purchasing for some advice and again with regards to the qr belt I can't fault the board and very friendly advice 5 star all the way

Excellent customer care from my initial enquires to the delivery of my board. Delivery was very quick, ordered Thursday lunchtime arrived 1st thing Friday.

Board and all the accessories all seem of high quality, I personally love the reassurance of having a 7 year warranty on the board too.

Can't wait to get lots of use out of my new board.

Spend a week on the water with my son each year, usually paddleboarding but we decided on a kayak this year. Left it to the last minute to purchase one and the service experienced was exemplary - even to someone taking a call while out in the water themselves!

A slight issue with the courier firm delivering 1 of the 2 packages but a call to the shop quickly resolved the issue and the 2nd package arrived the next day (actually 5 minutes before the notification text from the couriers so hats of to them also)

Kayak comes with everything you need so no hidden extras. The bag supplied is decent and while it comes in around 67kgs, closer to 70 for this trip as we loaded some other gear too, it was still reasonable, if not the comfiest, on the 15 minute walk to the station - helps to have an 18yr old son 😀

After the train, bus and ferry to where we stay for the week, seeing as the tide was high we opted to paddle the 2.5km to the caravan park. Quick and simple to inflate and setup and room for our bags at each end - actually aided the ride too acting as ballast.

An excellent time away and already planning the next trip.
