Great kayak very stable and quick in the water.
Honestly, switching to a drop-stitch kayak is a total game-changer compared to those older, softer inflatables. Because you can pump it up to a way higher pressure, the whole thing gets rock-hard, meaning it won’t sag or flex in the middle when you sit in it. Out on the water, it actually cuts through waves and tracks straight instead of just bouncing around like a pool float. It honestly feels like paddling a real hardshell kayak, but you can still just roll it up and chuck it in teh boot when you're done.

My husband bought me a restored Sherpa dry robe for my birthday , just in time for our recent campervan tour of Ireland. I absolutely love it! It looked brand new so I couldn't tell that it had been restored and I love the sand colour. I ordered a small size, according to size guidelines. Although it would be a bit of a squeeze to actually dry under it, the size works for me as I am more likely to use a toweling hooded robe after outdoor water activities and then snuggle into my dry robe. The small size fits me well, without being too tight, and the sleeves are a good length. With the velcro wrist tapes there is no need to turn the cuffs over. The length, just below the knee, also works well for me and the bottom zip opening is helpful. The top of the zip occasionally snags in the fabric so I have to take care about undoing at the neck.
The weather in Ireland was wet, cold and windy for much of the time, but my Sherpa dry robe made all the difference. I used it for beach walks, campsite activities including trips to the bathroom, and as an extra blanket!! The hood makes a very good foot warmer when using it as a lap rug.
In conclusion, the robe is great value for money and I would highly recommend it. Thank you.
Bought after considerable research and delighted with our choice. Transported to Turkey to use at holiday home. Robust and beautifully made. Easy to inflate. Launched easily from beach. Handles well paddling along coastline, even into a slight wind and choppy sea. Two things to watch out for: 1. I leant hard back in the front seat (to let a little water escape from under me to the rear drainage hole) and the force popped the clasp on one of the seat straps. I was still able to use the kayak that day. On return to UK I bought a new seat which was delivered no problem; 2. There are two positions on the valves - one to inflate, and one to deflate - I had it set to deflate so the air rushed out when I took the pump off. I was able to secure with the valve screw cap, however it does take you by surprise!
All in all - a fabulous product that I’d 100% recommend. Steve

The seat is fine and exactly as you would expect, but I really want to talk about the service from Sandbanks. I got a refurbished kayak and one of the seats was missing a strap, but it was a few months after I had got it before we used it and spotted the problem. I emailed them fully expecting to have to pay for a replacement part given the length of time, and made that pretty clear in my email, but they immediately replied (on an evening) saying they would send a new one free of charge on receipt of pictures showing the issue. I absolutely couldn't fault the service. A different standard to another similar priced British company that I had a missing part in. Very grateful. In other notes, the whole kayak and package is super quality. Thank you all round!
Item arrived really quickly and was well packaged. Easy to unpack, inflate and assemble - took it out on it's maiden voyage down in Devon and had THE best time paddling around. The kayak comfortably sat 2 grown adults and 2 chunky Aussie Shepherds, so would definitely recommend if you're looking for an option with lots of space!

Absolutely fantastic board. I pre-ordered this ready for the 2026 season after spending most of 2025 researching my first 'proper board'. I have owned a sup for around 2 years and was at a point of needing to make the jump to a better board, after deciding it was a worthwhile investment rather than a passing fad!
The Sandbanks kit is consistently recommended amongst everyone I spoke to at my local sup spots, and I can see why. The board is super stable, the build quality is second to none, and it is light as a feather.
The attention to detail is great - the bag comes with plenty of storage - enough for all your extra kit and accessories, and the fiberglass paddle is excellent.

Great quality and absolutely superb customer care
Purchased my paddleboard last year after speaking with sandbanks and given some great advice. The quality and build is superb, I was kept fully informed on the delivery right from the order being placed and delivered, I have only had one problem and that was a split washer on the dust cap on the valve, I emailed and Johnny who sent one straight out to me.
