Our drop stitch inflatable kayaks come with a full 5-year warranty, reflecting the confidence we have in their durability and construction.
We use high-pressure drop stitch construction and reinforced PVC materials, creating a rigid and durable platform designed for real watersports use rather than occasional beach paddling.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as seam issues or material faults when the kayak is used under normal recreational conditions.
In short, this is to give you confidence that your inflatable kayak is built to last.

What warranty do your paddleboards come with?
Our Pro Series inflatable paddleboards come with an industry-leading 7-year warranty.
These boards feature advanced welded rail construction, creating an extremely strong bond between layers. Welded rails are widely recognised as one of the most durable construction methods used in modern inflatable paddleboards.
Because of this construction, we’re able to offer extended coverage on all Pro Series iSUP models, giving paddlers long-term confidence in their equipment.
Our Ultimate and Wave Series inflatable paddleboards come with our amazing 5-year warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?
We keep things simple.
Sandbanks Style is still a small independent company, and when you get in touch you’ll usually be speaking directly with the people who run the business.
There are only two full-time team members and one part-time, so if you need help you can reach out and we’ll do our best to sort things quickly.
Where a product is repaired or replaced under this warranty, the repaired or replacement product is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless otherwise stated.
