Absolutely fantastic board. I pre-ordered this ready for the 2026 season after spending most of 2025 researching my first 'proper board'. Purchased my paddleboard last year after speaking with sandbanks and given some great advice. The quality and build is superb, I was kept fully informed on the delivery right from the order being placed and delivered, I have only had one problem and that was a split washer on the dust cap on the valve, I emailed and Johnny who sent one straight out to me.

Have just used the kayak today for the first time today on the shropshire union canal. Weather not brilliant but still enjoyed our time. A few sherbets at the pub at the end of the paddle. Pack the kayak back into its bag and got the bus back to our starting point . Brilliant kayak and extremely efficient company.
We looked at many different robes and eventually ordered from Sandbanks Style. We tried the robes on at the Nec exhibition, ordered our sizes and a few days later they arrived. Purchased the wrong size initially (epic fail not reading the size guidelines properly) but an exchange was actioned super quickly with great friendly communications. Just returned from 6 days in Iceland in January and wore this everyday in serious minus degree temperatures - can honestly say it kept me totally warm, dry and the wind out. The coral colour also really stood out in the wintery climate. I absolutely love it and can’t wait to wear it again. Highly recommended and great value too.
By far this is the very best retail service I have experienced in my many years. I purchased an item as a christmas gift, turned out to be too small. I emailed customer service and within 2 days recieved correct size replacement...this was within New Year post! I then returned wrong item, easy drop off at Evri close to home.
