Purchased my paddleboard last year after speaking with sandbanks and given some great advice. Have just used the kayak today for the first time today on the shropshire union canal. Weather not brilliant but still enjoyed our time. A few sherbets at the pub at the end of the paddle. Pack the kayak back into its bag and got the bus back to our starting point . Brilliant kayak and extremely efficient company.

Purchased the wrong size initially (epic fail not reading the size guidelines properly) but an exchange was actioned super quickly with great friendly communications. Just returned from 6 days in Iceland in January and wore this everyday in serious minus degree temperatures - can honestly say it kept me totally warm, dry and the wind out. The coral colour also really stood out in the wintery climate. I absolutely love it and can’t wait to wear it again. Highly recommended and great value too.
By far this is the very best retail service I have experienced in my many years. I purchased an item as a christmas gift, turned out to be too small. Have just managed to inflate the kayak today as been busy moving house, however l found it inflated great, l was surprised that the bow and stern deck seem to appear crinkled but after talking to Jordan at sandbanks he said after time and when fully inflated they would straighten out.
I’m very pleased with the kayak overall and the quality.
