Board core - Woven dropstitch is about 15%
lighter than a traditional knitted dropstitch core while improving stiffness. This makes the paddleboard easier to carry as well as faster and more responsive to paddle.
How does it work? The top and base of the paddleboard core is made from a new type of weave which provides a stiffer structure for the dropstitch fibres with less flex than a traditional knitted method. The weave helps create a formation that is so much stiffer that we can reduce the number of fibres per square inch, reducing plastic and saving weight.
Board skins - Double laminated PVC with 1000 denier textile substrate layers. Twice as dense as a typical substrate layer! This gives the board unparalleled stiffness and makes it easier you to balance.
Board rail - Triple layer rail which includes mechanically bonded, welded layer added to the top and bottom of the inner seam. Unlike a glued rail there is no way to undo this bond. This adds immense durability and is the only way to truly prevent seam leaks. All boards are pumped to 26psi for a week during the production process to ensure no leaks.

Board skins - Double layer fusion technology. 2 laminated PVC layers with a 500 denier textile substrate layers. Stiffer and more durable than any single skinned board. Double skinned, fusion technology is a popular construction technique amongst premium paddleboard brands. It offers great durability while keeping the weight to a minimum.
Board rail - Double layer PVC rail with a glued and heated treated inner seam to add strength and prevent leaks. All boards are pumped to 26psi for a week during the production process to ensure no leaks
